Dr. Lakshita Gupta is an internal medicine physician at Rancho Wellness, serving patients at both the Rancho Cucamonga and Upland locations. Originally from India, Dr. Gupta began her medical journey in 2008, completing medical school in Karnataka. She moved to the United States in 2014 and went on to complete her residency training at West Anaheim Medical Center in Orange County, California. Since 2023, she has been practicing in the Inland Empire, providing compassionate and comprehensive care to her patients.
Inspired by her parents—her father, a surgeon, and her mother, an OB/GYN—Dr. Gupta was drawn to medicine from an early age. She is passionate about preventative care and patient education, with a focus on helping individuals make meaningful lifestyle changes to improve their health. In her practice, she places a strong emphasis on avoiding unnecessary medications, particularly in the geriatric population, and works closely with her patients to find the most effective and safe treatment plans.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Gupta enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters. She has a love for reading, with interests in world history, mythology, and astronomy, and she also enjoys dancing and connecting with her community. Known for her warm and approachable nature, Dr. Gupta values building meaningful connections with her patients and strives to ensure they feel comfortable and heard.
