Medicare Open Enrollment is the yearly window when you can review coverage and make a change. CMS also calls it the Annual Enrollment Period or Annual Election Period. Rancho Wellness helps you confirm we are in-network for the plan you pick. We are not selling a specific plan.
Medicare Open Enrollment is October 15 through December 7, 2026. Plan changes typically take effect January 1, 2027.
Move between Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage, switch Advantage plans, or change a Part D drug plan during Open Enrollment.
Costs, drug lists, and doctor networks change every year. Last year’s plan may not cover the same care in 2027.
