Barbara Santa Cruz is a dedicated physician assistant at Rancho Wellness in Rancho Cucamonga and Upland, with over 44 years of experience in healthcare. A Southern California native, Barbara began her career in nursing before becoming a PA when the profession was still in its early days. Her background includes education at Cerritos College, Cal State Dominguez Hills, and Charles Drew Post-Graduate Medical School.

Barbara is passionate about wellness at every stage of life, with a special focus on menopausal care, chronic disease management, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. She believes in empowering patients to understand their health and actively participate in their care. Outside of medicine, Barbara enjoys yoga, hiking, and promoting lifelong strength and vitality through movement and mindfulness.
